Development of a 8-acre site in an active national cemetery including site improvements, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, roadways and curbs, sidewalks and site pads, turf placement and maintenance, landscaping placement and maintenance, irrigation, site furnishings, signage. Approximately 65% of the work was self-performed including installation of 2,800 preplaced crypts, and 2,000 in ground cremains sites, along with all earthmoving, grading, and drainage systems for new crypt fields.
