Development of a 374-acre site for a new national cemetery including general construction, clearing and grubbing, erosion controls, roads, paving, walks, cortege staging lanes, site preparation, storm and sewer work, landscaping placement and maintenance, turf placement and maintenance, irrigation, site furnishing, fencing, signage, flag assembly area, memorial walls, ossuary, new entrance area, new administration building/PIC, maintenance plaza including material storage, GIS/GPS Site Integration, and utility infrastructure. Approximately 25% of the work is self-performed including the installation of 4,500 preplaced crypts, 650 oversized crypts, 650 private vault sites, and 4,500 columbarium niches, all earthmoving, grading and drainage for six crypt fields. Additional work included environmental compliance, sustainable principles, and an early turnover area within twelve months of notice to proceed.
