Design and development of a 64-acre site in an active national cemetery including clearing and grubbing, erosion control, roadways and curbs, sidewalks and site pads, turf placement and maintenance, landscaping placement and maintenance, irrigation, site furnishings, signage, 3,600 cremains plots, 2 new memorial walls, flag assembly area, new building construction and renovations. Approximately 40% of the work was self-performed including fabrication, supply and installation of 10,031 precast concrete burial crypts and 4,140 columbarium niches, all earthmoving, grading, drainage systems for five crypt fields and the construction of one columbarium complex totaling 32 walls.
